Andreea Mușat

Andreea Mușat is an Associate in the firm’s Employment Law practice group.

She advises on various labour related matters, such as the preparation of internal documents, namely individual employment contracts, job descriptions, procedure for evaluating employees' professional performance, internal regulations, internal policies, addendums to individual employment contracts etc.

Andreea was also involved in complex projects on restructuring programs, collective and individual dismissals, professional misconduct procedures, company transfer and secondment of employees.

She is fluent in English.

Relevant Matters:

• Member of legal team providing ongoing assistance to various leading international players active on the Romanian market, in relation to a wide range of employment matters, including restructuring, individual and collective dismissals, drafting and reviewing of employment documents, preparing documentation for procuring residence permits for EU citizens etc.
• Member of the legal team providing legal support to various major companies during the state of emergency and state of alert, in connection with the specific measures to resume the activity in accordance with the occupational safety and health regulation, management of COVID-19 cases between employees, as well as assisting companies in implementing governmental facilities, namely technical unemployment allowance, parents’ right to paid days off for supervision of children, financial support for teleworkers, partial settlement of the salary, kurzarbeit etc.
• Member of the team providing legal support to one of the largest oil and gas producers in Romania in relation to implementing a collective dismissal process, as well as assistance during the implementation thereof by drafting all relevant dismissal documents and employee notifications.
