Bianca Pană

Bianca Pană joined Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații as an Associate in the Banking and Finance practice group. 

She has gained experience in banking and financial services regulation, as well as project finance and has considerable practice as regards commercial law matters.

As an Associate lawyer, Bianca is focused on finding the most appropriate solutions, proactively using her professional knowledge and skills.

She is fluent in English.

• Member of the legal team that advised a consortium of banks on a new credit facility to be granted to a leading medical services provider, as part of a EUR 228,000,000 syndicated loan.
• Member of the legal team assisting a company active in the entertainment industry on the signing of a commitment agreement to increase the group's shareholding and provide capital.
