Overview
Cristian Mitescu is Senior Associate in the firm's Litigation and Arbitration team, and a pleading lawyer before Romanian courts of all levels, including High Court of Cassation and Justice and the Constitutional Court of Romania.
He covers a broad range of litigation matters in the following areas: commercial and corporate law, family law, disputes derived from Romanian and international commercial law relations, taxation, enforcement procedures, leasing, bankruptcy and reorganisation proceedings, consumers law, and criminal litigation.
Cristian also concentrates on administrative and fiscal contentious law and labor disputes.
In particular, he is experienced in civil law (especially in claims, litigation regarding nationalised properties, civil agreements).
He is fluent in English.
