Cristina Cioc is an Associate in the litigation and arbitration practice group at Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații. 

As a pleading lawyer, she has appeared before Romanian courts, in complex civil law, corporate and between companies, as well as in matter of administrative and fiscal disputes, insolvency, forced execution and debt recovery measures.

Cristina has gathered significant experience in representing individuals, local and multinational companies, constantly aiming to obtain the best possible outcome in the cases she handles.

She speaks English fluently and has a good knowleadge of French language.

• Member of the legal team assisting and representing one of the leading companies managing sanitations services in Romania in relation to several complex litigations in connection with a series of administrative claims, i.e. claims aeising from sanitation service management contracts, as well as disputes on the annulment of administrative acts.
