Overview
Irina Răileanu acts as a Managing Associate within the firm's Litigation and Arbitration team.
She has a wealth of experience as a pleading lawyer, having handled contentious matters in various areas of practice and has represented clients at all levels of the judicial system. Irina covers civil and commercial litigation, administrative disputes (including public procurement procedures). In addition, she has been involved in labour, fiscal, construction litigation matters, as well as in intellectual property cases.

- Assisting and representing of an entity in a litigation related to annulment of a decision issued by the Romanian Court of Accounts referring to an estimate prejudice of more than EUR 50,000,000.
- Assisting and representing of various entities acting in banking and investments field which were presumed to act in concert in a series of contentious – administrative disputes against the Financial Supervisory Authority worthing approximately EUR 13,200,000.
- Assisting and representing of a company in complex litigations arising from annual financial claims of a group of inventors of more than EUR 2,000,000.
