• Assisting the largest private railway company in Romania and one of the largest in South Eastern Europe in a large number of claims arising from contracts for access to railway infrastructure concluded with the railway infrastructure administrator in Romania;
• Assisting an important Romanian art museum in a litigation case having as object a donator’s heir claim for revoking a donation of 228 works of highly appreciated modern Romanian art valued at several millions of euros and having an inestimable cultural value;
• Assisting an Italian multinational major construction company in several litigation cases and enforcement procedures with an estimated value of over EUR 30.000.000 derived from public procurement contracts, conducted against an important public company.
