Overview
Oana Mareș is a Managing Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice group at Ţuca Zbârcea & Asociaţii.
She is highly experienced in a wide range of dispute resolution and arbitration matters, mainly in civil law litigations (especially in disputes regarding contractual and tort liabilities, press offenses, family law matters, intellectual property, insurance, bankruptcy), in administrative and fiscal matters and labor disputes. She has also handled several real estate disputes, including claims on restitution of nationalised properties.
As part of her experience, Oana Mareș has successfully represented the firm’s clients in complex cases, involving contractual or tort liabilities, the annulment of certain documents issued by fiscal and administrative authorities and in several enforcement proceedings, including the foreign judgement enforcement proceedings and any related disputes.
She speaks English fluently.
