Ramona Chițu (Moisa)

Ramona Chițu (Moisa) is Tax Partner with Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații Tax and is currently co-coordinating many of the team’s Tax projects.

She has previously worked with Deloitte and as a tax advisor for another multinational company, focusing primarily on direct taxation.

She specialises in corporate and individual tax, tax compliance, tax review (RAS and US GAAP), tax optimisation projects. Ramona has also experience in mergers and acquisitions, in spin offs and other business transformations.

Ramona is a certified tax consultant, as well as a chartered accountant and holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting.
