Vlad Bîrta

Vlad Bîrta is a Senior Associate in the litigation department of Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații. His areas of expertise focus on civil, enforcement, labour, insolvency and restructuring litigation procedures. Thus being said, pre-litigation phase and out of court procedures are also important parts of his expertise.

Vlad has mastered his knowledge and experience in seven cities (within five countries). He is a beneficiary of an Erasmus study scholarship in Warsaw (Poland), as well as a beneficiary of three exchange programmes in Cordoba (Spain), Madrid (Spain) and Paris (France).

Relevant Matters:

• Successfully represented a stock exchange in various procedures (civil, enforcement, insolvency and out of court negotiations) in regard to a debt portfolio of 41 debtors;
• Successfully obtained the provisory suspension of the judgement enforcement through which the employee has obtained moral damages in amount of circa half million RON;
• Part of the team that has successfully represented and assisted a leading energy company against the insurance company in a file case regarding matters of insured risks, compensation payments and the right of recourse.
