Practical implications for organizations On 16 July, the CJEU ruled in favor of Schrems II, which invalidates the decision on the Privacy Shield and provides clarification on the Standard Contract Clauses (CCS). Lots of noise and "fog" among organizations, especially on the effects of Schrems II.
