Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații involved in the largest lease agreement on the logistics market this year
Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații acted for Carrefour for signing a prelease contract with P3 for an 81,000 sqm logistic hub. The complex will include a build-to-suit refrigerating space of 15,000 sqm and an already existing storage house.
The legal team at Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații was headed by Răzvan Gheorghiu-Testa, who has gained a broad expertise on corporate and M&A matters pertaining to the real estate sector.

The newly-built Bucharest P3 Park is located at kilometer 13 on the A1 highway, on a space that allows the development of 114,000 sqm of additional space with units starting at 4,000 sqm and up to 40,000 sqm.
