Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații wins a 2nd representation mandate before ICSID, Washington D.C.
Following an international tender procedure, our law firm, in consortium with an international law firm, has been appointed to represent a Governmental authority in its most recent ICSID arbitration to date. The claimant in this case is an US investor (S&T Oil Equipment & Machinery), who is alleging that the state would have unlawfully deprived it of its investment in Romania.
