Co-Head of the Real Estate practice group at Țuca Zbarcea & Asociații, designated as one of the most influential people in real estate
Property Forum has recently launched the 2022 edition of its "Top 50 Most Influential People in Real Estate". The list honours 50 professionals with intense activity in the real estate sector and who have led major projects over the past 15 months.
For the second year in a row, Răzvan Gheorghiu-Testa, Partner at Țuca Zbarcea & Asociații and Co-Head of the firm's Real Estate practice group has been designated amongst the most renowned real estate professionals in Romania.
According to Property Forum, the top 50 list has been put together based on various criteria, such as market share, local and global rankings, past and current market activity, expansion plans, participation in deals that defined 2021 and the first months of 2022, media and event appearances and social media activity.
Răzvan Gheorghiu-Testa, Partner, co-heads the firm's Real Estate practice group, specialising on all aspects of commercial real estate. He has a multidisciplinary approach, combining tax and corporate law skills and thus advising on different structures in relation to a broad spectrum of property matters. Răzvan was also involved in a number of greenfield developments in sectors such as retail, consumer goods, steel, energy, telecommunications, oil and gas, pharma, as well as large-scale agricultural and infrastructure projects with a real estate component. He has been practising law for the past 26 years. He is a Fellow member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Member of the Board of RICS Romania.
