Dan Borbely gives a presentation on Real Estate Legal Developments in Romania
Romanian investors, developers, property management companies, construction companies were given an insight into the real estate legal framework at a conference sponsored by Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații.
Dan Borbely, Partner and Head of the Real Estate Department provided the audience with a comprehensive presentation on:
- public property / private property
- use and exploitation of estates belonging to the States of the administrative and territorial units
- restitution claims regarding properties confiscated by the former communist regime
- real estate publicity
He also gave a presentation drawing on his practical experience as regards the transaction approval steps, the unification and division of the land, the contractual liability of the architect, restitution claims, financing bank approval, concessions, lease agreements, technical specifications of the building.
Romanian Real Estate Opportunities conference was organized by Business Review and Europa Property on April 14 in Bucharest.
