Răzvan Gheorghiu-Testa, invited speaker at EXPO REAL 2006
From 23 to 25 October the EXPO REAL 2006, the 9th International Commercial Property Exposition, was being held in the New Munich Trade Fair Centre. In line with the ongoing expansion of the EU and the increase in international investment activity, this year’s focus was on the markets in Central and Eastern Europe.
Răzvan Gheorghiu-Testa, Partner was an invited speaker at Investment Locations Forum which took place during EXPO REAL 2006. He outlined the latest trends and future perspectives in the real estate industry and identified the current difficulties and legal constraints in the Romanian real estate market.
The Romania Forum was moderated by Craig Smith, Publisher of Central & Eastern Europe Commercial Properties. Other panelist included Ilaria Benucci, Head of Real Estate and Hospitality of European Bank of Reconstruction and Development, Gijs Klomp of ING Real Estate and Dr. Dierk Ernst, Managing Partner of Hannover Leasing.
EXPO REAL is one of the largest international commercial property exhibitions with over 21,000 visitors annually. International and domestic market participants analyzed the hot spots of the Real Estate industry and discussed the emerging markets for the industry.
