Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații – main partner at the Labour Code seminar
Many of those aspects that still have to be focused on by employers with respect to some of the most relevant employment issues commonly encountered were addressed and largely debated during the seminar on Labour Code organized by World Trade Center Bucharest with the support of Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații.
The event aimed at providing a platform for experts in the field to review the current legal framework, analyze the most common mistakes made by employers and examine future trends in the labour market.
The Labour Code seminar gathered over 75 participants from multinational companies, human resources agencies and Governmental bodies and it covered many key-issues such as the individual employment agreements, termination of the individual employment agreements, dismissals procedures, fixed-term labour contracts, part-time labour contracts, apprenticeship contract, working hours and annual leaves, labour conflicts, special provisions of the collective bargaining agreement and in case of transfer of business.
Șerban Pâslaru, Senior Associate at Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații made a presentation in connection with firm`s most important recent projects and detailed the major legal issues that companies are currently facing in the application of labour law provisions.
