Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații advises Accel Partners on a second round of capital raise amounting to $153 Million
Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații has advised Accel Partners on a $153 Million Series B capital raise by UiPath (the most widely adopted enterprise RPA platform). The new financing will be used to accelerate the company’s product roadmap, particularly innovations that integrate machine learning (ML) and AI algorithms within customers’ digital business operations.
The firm has been previously retained by Accel for legal assistance services in relation to a $30 million Series A investment into UiPath.
