Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații advises on EUR 50 million loan agreement, reportedly the largest financing in the real estate market this year
Romanian independent outfit acted for Unicredit Bank in relation to a EUR 50 million financing granted to Forte Partners, a Romanian developer, with a view to developing the first phase of The Bridge, an office project in Bucharest. The scheme is going up in two phases on the site of a former bread factory. Bog'Art is the general contractor. Completion is set for September 2017.
The team advising the lender was led by Partner Mihai Dudoiu, Head of the Banking & Finance practice group at Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații.
