Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații Represents Iași Municipality on 20-Year Concession Agreement

Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații acted for Iași Municipality which entered into a concession agreement covering heat generation, transport, distribution and supply services in the city of Iași.

The concession agreement between Iași Municipality and French company Dalkia was signed on July 6, after approximately four months of intense negotiations.

The concession of heat generation, transport, distribution and supply services in Iași also envisages a 20-year concession of the related infrastructure. The service will be provided by a joint venture between the contracting authority and French company Dalkia, with the latter being bound to pay an annual royalty to the municipality based on its turnover.
