Our lawyers have assisted a Romanian copper alloy and semi-finished product manufacturer in connection with a EUR 77,500,000 transaction for the sale of a 155,000 sqm plot of land to AFI Europe, part of Africa Israel Investments. Our legal services consisted in drafting the legal due diligence report as well as the transaction documents.
