Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații wins a 2nd representation mandate before ICSID, Washington D.C.
Following an international tender procedure, our law firm, in consortium with an international law firm, has been appointed to represent a Governmental authority in its most recent ICSID arbitration to date. The claimant in this case is an US investor (S&T Oil Equipment & Machinery), who is alleging that the state would have unlawfully deprived it of its investment in Romania.
The case file is the 2nd international arbitration case entrusted to our lawyers who are also representing the Romanian State in a USD 100,000,000 international dispute brought before ICSID by EDF Services Ltd.
