Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații wins double victory at IFLR European Awards 2016
On April 21st, International Financial Law Review (IFLR) presented its annual European Awards in London, celebrating the most active law firms in cross-border work.
This year, the national award for Romania (”Law Firm of the Year: Romania”) went to Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații for its work on M&A, finance and corporate international deals.
Also, with the General Electric (GE)-Alstom deal being recognised as the ”M&A Deal of the Year”, the firm scooped a second prize for its contribution to this transaction. Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații, alongside other international law firms, advised GE on the Romanian law aspects of the deal which marks GE’s largest industrial acquisition ever.
