Andrada Petrariu

Andrada Petrariu is an Associate in the firm's Dispute Resolution practice group, covering commercial litigation, labor and employment law disputes, as well as in contentious-administrative litigation.

Her experience in commercial litigation includes both corporate and contractual disputes. She has represented the firm's clients throughout enforcement proceedings, but also in various litigations related to enforcement procedures.

With respect to the labor law disputes, Andrada assisted and represented various clients in matters related to contract termination and recognition of work in special conditions.

In contentious-administrative matters, Andrada has been involved in litigation regarding fiscal and tax matters.

Relevant Matters: 

• Member of the team representing one of the most notorious transport operators on the railway infrastructure in Romania, in hundreds of commercial litigations against the administrator of the railway infrastructure.
• Member of the team representing a fundamental institution of the Romanian capital market both in dispute resolution and enforcement proceedings regarding the transfer of financial instruments.
