Cristina Olariu is an Associate specialising in the areas of Corporate & Commercial law, as well as Energy and Natural Resources law.

Her educational background consists in both Law and Economic studies, providing her with a broad understanding of corporate and business-related legal matters. • Member of the legal team offering legal assistance to an important oil & gas market player in conducting onshore and offshore oil & gas upstream operations business in Romania.
• Member of the legal team assisting the biggest electricity producer in the Czech Republic in the implementation of power lines modernisation projects.
