Dana Mirea

Dana Mirea is an Associate in the firm's Banking and Finance practice group at Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații.

She is involved in several projects including banking & finance due-diligence, regulatory matters related to payment services and other financial services, credit institutions and non-banking financial institutions, as well as financing transactions and creation and perfection of guarantees and security. Dana speaks English fluently.

• Member of the legal team assisting one of the largest oil seed processing companies in Romania in relation to a financing programme for the ongoing assignment of its trade receivables to a foreign commercial bank.
• Member of the legal team assisting a local commercial bank in relation to day-to-day legal issues. 
• Member of the legal team assisting a local company producing pastry and bakery products in relation to a general banking & finance due-diligence.
