Daniela Drăghici

Daniela Drăghici is a Senior Associate in the firm's Energy and Natural Gas practice group.  

She has extensive professional experience in renewable energy sector acquired within a leading player in the global renewable energy industry by providing legal support in relation to the development of renewable energy projects, acquisition and restructuring of companies, in Romania and abroad. She also has significant experience in the field of electricity and gas trading.

In addition, her area of expertise covers corporate law and regulatory law. 

A graduate of Law Faculty, University of Bucharest, she attended a master in Business Law at the same university.
