She has built up a significant expertise by involvement in complex data privacy projects in all relevant industries, corporate reorganizations and day by day corporate, stock option plans and healthcare assistance.

Florentina Petrișor has been actively involved in various stock option plans, by providing valuable input with regard to data privacy, capital markets and corporate laws or regulatory guides.

In the past years, Florentina Petrișor focused on assistance provided in complex data privacy projects in all relevant industries, including: telecom, mass-media, financial services, energy providers, energy producers, ICT providers, medical services providers). The assistance consisted mainly in full GDPR audits and practical advice during the implementation phase and day by day activity, as well as in conducting various data privacy impact assessments and legitimate impact assessments adapted to business data processing flows.
