Iulia Barbu is an Associate specialising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law and real estate transactions.

She has assisted clients in various types of transactions from numerous business sectors. Her expertise covers due diligence investigations, as well as drafting and negotiating various types of transaction documents, such as shareholders’ agreements, assets and shares sale agreements, lease agreements, business transfer agreements.

She is also a member of the pro bono practice of our law firm, aiming to help various non-profit organisations to develop projects with important social and cultural impact in Romania.
