Șerban Sârbu

Șerban Sârbu is a Senior Associate in the firm's Litigation and Arbitration practice group.

He has gained experience as regards litigations in the field of railway infrastructure and medical public procurement, as well as in administrative litigation and sports law. Șerban is constantly involved in managing complex issues related to the participation in the single market of public procurement of non-EU economic operators, competition restrictions in public tenders or the relationship between State and international sports jurisdictions.

Relevant Matters:

• Member of the team who assisted one of the world’s largest rolling stock manufacturers in a dispute over an public procurement procedure worth approximately 1 billion EUR;
• Member of the team who assisted some of the most important national sports federations in numerous disputes.
