Silviu Hromei is an Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice group at Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații.

He specialises in advising and representing local and international companies in various disputes having as object tort law, public procurement matters, unfair contract terms, family and labour law etc.

Silviu has provided legal advice and prepared all relevant documentation in procedures prior to the initiation of legal proceedings, drawing up of all procedural documents and providing representation before the courts in various cases arising from contractual and delictual relations.
