Veronica Aman

Veronica Aman is a Managing Associate specialising on mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, as well as on corporate and commercial law.

She has assisted clients in various types of transactions from numerous business sectors, such as real estate, retail, e-commerce, forestry, agricultural and financial investments. Her expertise covers the entire transactional process, from conducting due diligence investigations, to assistance in structuring of complex transactions, as well as drafting and negotiating various types of transaction documents, such as shareholders’ agreements, assets and shares sale agreements, lease agreements, business transfer agreements.

Her practice also covers advising on various corporate and commercial law issues in a full range of matters, including the organisation, management and functioning of companies, agricultural cooperatives, associations and foundations, as well as the preparation, review and negotiation of various commercial contracts.

In addition, Veronica is a key member of the pro bono practice of our law firm, aiming to help various non-profit organisations to develop projects with significant social and cultural impact in Romania, such as offering pro bono legal support to an important association to build a new theatre in Bucharest, and advising on a key legislative initiative concerning the fight against domestic violence (now promulgated).

• Member of the legal team advsing a Finnish investment fund in connection with the implementation and development of several forestry and agricultural projects in Romania.
