Requirements:

  • Outstanding knowledge of civil law and jurisprudence and civil procedure;

Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații is looking for a very well-organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Qualifications and work experience required for the role:

  • Higher education required (not a Law graduate)
  • Proficient in MS Office package, especially Word and Excel
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant
  • Previous work experience as an administrative assistant in a law firm would be an advantage

Skills and Abilities:

  • Eager to learn and with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Very good organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and efficiently prioritize tasks
  • Well-developed time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Supporting the team’s billing processes by recording in the system the time worked by lawyers on different projects, preparing timesheets (processing data using MS Excel) and sending invoices to clients
  • Formatting legal assistance documents and reports in accordance with the firm’s branding policies
  • Drafting daily correspondence and various materials
  • Arranging and booking travel and accommodation
  • Offering assistance in the planning and preparation of meetings, scheduling meetings/ calls, booking meeting rooms, making reservations, as may be required
  • General administrative duties as needed by the Partners and the team's lawyers
