In 2013, Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații's EU Funds Practice Group contributed to the release of more than 1,000 pages containing all of the notices (so-called “Notices of Findings”) given by the inspection authorities to the local administrative authorities that were the project beneficiaries. The book, entitled “Notices on the Finding of Irregularities and the Setting of Financial Corrections in Structural Fund Projects”, was the first directory to give an account of the application of financial corrections in EU-funded projects implemented by local administrative authorities over the previous four years, and also the first one to summarise the irregularities found in relation to the various EU Operational Programmes implemented in Romania.

Following on from the success of the first edition, Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații has recently published a second volume of the directory, called “Final Court Decisions on Financial Corrections in Structural Fund Projects”, which was released in late June 2014. This second edition of the book features a representative national sample of final court decisions on cases related to financial corrections, imposed over the last four-five years on the projects implemented under EU funds programmes by county councils and town halls of county capitals.

As with the previous volume in the series, Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații and the Institute for Public Policy (IPP) co-authored the publication of the book, also benefiting from the support from the Romanian Municipalities Association.
