The arbitration team of Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații has won an arbitral dispute in connection with a public works project worth EUR 6 million. The firm represented a company specializing in road markings and signs in the arbitration proceedings carried out according to the rules of the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații acted on one of Romania's most important deals in the HORECA industry since the beginning of the year. The firm's Real estate team advised the owner of Ramada Majestic, an iconic hotel located on Calea Victoriei, Bucharest's oldest and probably most charming street on signing a deal with Swiss company - VisionApartments.
