Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații acted for CEZ Group as regards the divestment of its Romanian assets, namely the electricity distribution assets, the energy supply and an operational portfolio of renewable energy to funds managed by Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets ("MIRA"). The seven companies which are part of the deal are: Distribuție Energie Oltenia, CEZ Vânzare, Ovidiu Development, Tomis Team, MW Team Invest, TMK Hydroenergy Power and CEZ România.

MOL Romania Petroleum Products S.R.L. won 7 out of the 13 lots for services spaces leased under concession by Compania Națională de Administrare a Infrastructurii Rutiere S.A. for equipping/fitting out, operating and maintaining the services spaces located on Romanian motorways open to road traffic, on the routes of Nădlac - Sibiu and Pitești - Bucharest (A1) and Cernavodă - Constanța (A2). The company retained Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații to provide full advisory services in respect thereof.

The arbitration team of Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații has won an arbitral dispute in connection with a public works project worth EUR 6 million. The firm represented a company specializing in road markings and signs in the arbitration proceedings carried out according to the rules of the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
