The British publication International Financial Law Review – IFLR hosted its annual Europe Awards ceremony in London to celebrate the region's most innovative cross-border work and those behind it. Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații scooped the “Law Firm of the Year Award: Romania” for the fifth time.

Carrefour has recently announced it signed an agreement with Louis Delhaize Group for the acquisition of the local subsidiary that operates the group’s business in Romania under the brand “CORA”. The French retailer retained Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații as legal advisor on this deal.

The international summit "Vision and strategy for attracting private investment in infrastructure in Romania" is held in Bucharest on Tuesday, 16 May 2023. It is the largest event dedicated to investment projects in key sectors of the economy through the Public Private Partnership (PPP) mechanism, with the participation of consultants from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the World Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), lawyers from Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații, representatives of the infrastructure investment fund Meridiam and central and local public authorities.
