The Legal 500 EMEA 2018: Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații tops the rankings for Romania in 11 practice areas

Romanian independent law firm Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații received 11 recommendations as a Top Tier law firm in the latest edition of the Legal 500 EMEA which was released today.

As such, the firm’s practice in Commercial, corporate and M&A; Dispute resolution; Employment; Energy and natural resources; EU and competition; Intellectual property; PPP and procurement; Real estate and construction; Restructuring and insolvency; Tax; TMT was rated in the First Tier by the editors of the Legal 500 EMEA.

In addition, the firm came Second in the Banking and finance; Gambling law and White-collar crime practice areas. In Capital markets, a new area this year, the firm was recommended in the Third Tier.

As regards the individual lawyers rankings, three lawyers are listed in elite Leading lawyers list, other four lawyers are included in the Next Generation Lawyers’ list while a further of 17 lawyers are recommended in the editorial text in The Legal 500 EMEA 2018 edition. Two practitioners in the firm’s Tax and Insolvency divisions have also been recognised for their work in the respective areas of practice.
