Balkan Legal Forum: South East Europe Business and Law aimed at gathering leading legal experts and local officials to share their take on the most recent legal developments and future trends in the Balkans in the context of Romania's and Bulgaria's iminent accession to the European Union.

The main topics included environmental, competition, intellectual property and litigation law issues while a special session focused on law firm management.

The forum was organized by The Legal Development Foundation and the European Forum of the International Bar Association in collaboration with the National Association of the Romanian Bars on October 25-27, in Bucharest.
