Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații strengths its legal and tax practice

Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații and Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații Tax have promoted several lawyers and tax advisors in the annual promotions round which took place in December 2017. The firm is also strengthening its tax advisory practice with the hire of a reputed specialist in transfer pricing.

Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații appointed several Senior Associates and a Managing Associate as part of the firm’s annual promotions round. Maria Monica Capotă, Raluca Chelaru, Oana Mareș were all promoted to Senior Associate. The promotions were made across many of the firm's practice areas, more specifically competition law, litigation and domestic arbitration, corporate and commercial, as well as real estate. All promotions are effective from January 1st, 2018.

In addition, the firm also announced various promotions within its tax division – Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații Tax SRL. To date, Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații Tax SRL comprises nine tax advisors and five lawyers specialising in contentious-administrative / tax disputes.
