Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații tops this year's Best Employer 2009/10 Survey in the SMEs category
The Romanian independent law firm became the Best Employer in Romania in the Small and Medium Sized category (less than 250 employees) of the 2009/10 survey conducted by Monday Insight Consulting, strategic partner of Aon Hewitt.
Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații came 1st in its category and stood out from the rest of the participating companies on almost every indicator. The results show that 90 % of the firm’s employees are engaged to delivering better business results and their level of satisfaction is 88%. For comparison, Romanian Best Employers’ Average for these same indicators is 78% and 83 % respectively. Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații also achieved impressive results on the following employees’ satisfaction drivers: Senior Leadership (96%), Line Managers (84%) and Brand Alignment (96%) while the Company Reputation stood at 100%, making the firm not only one of the most desired professional services firms to work at, but also a place where good management practices, mutual respect and recognition are a daily practice.

6,414 employees and 167 top managers at 24 companies were asked to assess their quality of workplace in 2009/10 according to a methodology aimed at measuring employees` satisfaction, as well as engagement of both employees and managers. Companies were analyzed based on three aspects – feedback from their employees, people management policies and practices and view of the top management. The key statistics influencing the final rank of each company was the engagement of its employees.
