Overview
Gabriel Văsii is a Managing Associate at Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații and has considerable experience in corporate law and commercial litigation.
Gabriel advises on complex and high value M&A transactions, being highly skilled in negotiating related transaction documentation, drafting and reviewing legal audit reports on the companies and assets concerned, as well as providing legal advice on structuring and implementing transactions.
He is also skilled in drafting and negotiating various types of commercial contracts, as well as supervising their performance, setting up companies, advising on and representing such before the Trade Register.
Gabriel is a PhD candidate of “Nicolae Titulescu” University, Faculty of Law, having specialised in Civil Law Contracts. He is an assistant professor at “Nicolae Titulescu” University, Faculty of Law in Commercial Law.
