Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații topped ISI DealWatch league tables for emerging market M&A deal activity in terms of both the number and value of the projects in which the firm and its lawyers have been involved over the past nine months. As reported by ISI DealWatch "Emerging Market M&A Deal Activity", Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații completed 11 major deals with an aggregate value of USD 3.42bn.

Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații Law Firm appointed a new partner and made other 5 internal promotions, further to the evaluations carried on at the end of November. As of 1st of January 2009, Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații will have 16 partners, further to the promotion of Șerban Pâslaru as a partner in the firm.
