Global Arbitration Review: Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații, among this year's winners
Global Arbitration Review (GAR), a publication launched in 2006 and which is currently "recognised as the leading resource on international arbitration news and community intelligence", has recently revealed its lists of winners at a ceremony held in Paris on February 12th.
An article published on www.globalarbitrationreview.com says that Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații has won a GAR Award in the Boutique/Regional Practice that impressed category.
According to the GAR editors, "The GAR team picked Romanian outfit Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații as the winner, on the back of its work successfully defending the Romanian government in a string of ICSID cases, as co-counsel with the likes of Freshfields and White & Case. Partner Cornel Popa collected the trophy on behalf of his firm".
