On the 3rd of May, the Cluj Bar Association authorized Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații’s application on the opening of its first secondary office in Cluj-Napoca. The office operates in association with a local law firm, i.e. Nistorescu, Șomlea & Asociații.
"We've opened an office in Cluj to address the growing demands for legal expertise from our clients and prospective clients in the western part of the country. This will enable us to provide our clients with timely and reliable legal advice and thus benefit from the expertise of both "traditional" lawyers working with Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații and local attorneys. The Cluj office is the central point on a map that will include other major cities as well", said Gabriel Zbârcea, Managing Partner with Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații.
Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații will run the office with 5 associates and intends to further strengthen the team. The overall activity is supervised by one of the firm's Partners from Bucharest together with 2 other local Partners. The premises are located in an old building from the city's historical downtown.
"The Cluj office specializes in corporate/commercial law, mergers & acquisitions, real estate and litigation. We are currently putting together the last logistical, administrative and operational details concerning the premises, the team, etc", added Răzvan Gheorghiu-Testa, Partner in charge with firm's expansion plans in Cluj-Napoca.
