Robert Roșu becomes a Partner in charge with the Litigation & Arbitration practice
Robert Roșu has become a partner at the firm formerly known as Țuca & Asociații, after 7 years practice. He heads the Litigation and Arbitration Department and will be responsible for the firm's strategy in this field, seeking to structure the firm's litigation department along the same lines as legal practices in the West.
Robert Roșu has been a member of the firm formerly known as Țuca & Asociații from its beginning in March, 2005. He was previously a senior associate within a well-known Romanian law firm. He said, "Right from the start I believed that the blend of youth and experience at this company would be successful. By joining the other founders of Țuca & Asociații today, this belief has become a fact. Also, the confidence the company has shown in me since I came to the firm represents a personal achievement in itself."
The firm also announced the appointment of Gabriel Zbârcea as Managing Partner. He is working together with Florentin Țuca, one of the firm's founders and also a Managing Partner. The addition of Gabriel Zbârcea and Robert Roșu to the company further strengthens a team of lawyers who is striving to make an international name for the firm.
