Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații advised Banca Transilvania and OTP Bank Romania in connection with a financing granted to Holde Agri Invest

Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații assisted the club formed by Banca Transilvania, as arranger and financier, and OTP Bank Romania, as financier, in granting credit facilities worth 30.5 million RON and 26.7 million EUR to the Holde Agri Invest group. The loan aims to support the development and expansion of the company's activities, strengthening its position on the agricultural market and facilitating the implementation of its future projects.

The team of lawyers from Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații, led by Mihai Dudoiu (Partner), provided legal assistance services to the financing banks and was actively involved in all phases of this complex transaction. The team also included Sergiu Negreanu (Managing Associate) and Sorina Ștefoni (Associate).
