Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații wins "Law Firm of the Year" award
Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații beat off the competition and walked away with the "Law Firm of the Year" award. The award, equivalent to an Oscar in the legal profession, recognizes our firm's "successful development and excellent track record of deals" and it was handed by Mr. Tudor Chiuariu, Minister of Justice.
Romania's commercial lawyers were awarded for their contribution to the success of the nation's economy in a ceremony organised by The Diplomat- Bucharest magazine on May 23rd.
The Romanian Legal Awards 2007 recognised the outstanding professional success of law firms and individual teams in special projects and areas of practice as well as overall involvement in the development of the country's business climate, in the presence of the Minister of Justice Tudor Chiuariu.
A survey was carried out by The Diplomat – Bucharest magazine among the most reputable law firms in the business, who were asked to send information about the major areas of practice and the most significant deals carried out during 2006 and 2007. All the submissions were judged by a jury panel consisting of 11 well-known leaders from the Romanian business community who were asked to send in 3 projects for each of the 6 business practice categories.
The award winner was given the majority of the votes.
