Awarding and Negotiating Construction Contracts

advising both the contracting authorities and private companies during the procedures for the award of construction contracts prepared based on the FIDIC forms of contract or other standard construction contracts, where the use of such standard forms of construction contracts is mandatory under the applicable law; drafting Particular Conditions of Contract; assisting in negotiation of Particular Conditions of Contract with the public authorities or private companies (as the case may be).
