Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații has an extensive and comprehensive experience in construction field, including in the field of FIDIC Contracts, assisting clients in implementing FIDIC based projects under The Red Book, The Yellow Book, The White Book, The Silver Book, The Gold Book and The Green Book, as well as projects based on the standard construction contracts applicable at national level by contracting authorities/contracting entities.

The projects implemented based on the FIDIC forms of contract or other standard construction contracts in which our lawyers have provided legal assistance were / are highly complex projects across all sectors – including transport (road, rail), water, energy, waste and social infrastructures.

advising the parties to a construction contract, including FIDIC Contract, during the performance period of such contract in relation to the application and interpretation of the contractual provisions, including on tax related matters.
advising and representing the parties to construction contracts, including FIDIC Contracts, engaged in domestic litigation or arbitration proceedings under the Rules of Arbitration of the Court of International Commercial Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania (CICA), of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in connection with, or arising out of, the contract or the execution of the works.
