Mihai Anghel gives a lecture on harassment invoked in bad faith by employees

Mihai Anghel, Partner in the firm's Labour practice group is a key note speaker at this year's HR Club Seminar on Good Practices in Labour Law.

His topic will focus on harassment invoked in bad faith by employees, as a "form of protection" against dismissal.

On March 6, starting at 4:45 p.m., our colleague, Mihai Anghel, will present the situations in which employees invoke accusations of abusive harassment, as a strategy to block or delay a justified dismissal, analysing the impact of these practices, but also the difficulty of distinguishing between legitimate complaints and those formulated in bad faith.
